During this visit, we conduct a comprehensive review of your hearing profile, listening needs, and current device settings to ensure alignment with best-practice standards. Fine-tuning adjustments are made with precision to improve clarity, comfort, and speech understanding. When appropriate, real-ear measurements are performed to objectively verify that amplification is meeting prescribed targets. The goal is to ensure your hearing aids are not simply functioning, but performing optimally for your unique auditory system and everyday environments.

Step 2: HearSoundly Treatment Plan

For patients who value our level of service and wish to fully transition their care to our clinic, we offer the HearSoundly Transition Program. Note: Hearing aids must be less than 4 years old.

This comprehensive program provides all the benefits of HearSoundly membership and ensures your hearing technology continues to perform at the highest level long after purchase. Patients receive semi-annual refitting and preventative maintenance visits, along with annual comprehensive hearing assessments for the life of their hearing aids. We provide hands-free Bluetooth connectivity support and device pairing, professional wax removal as needed, and complimentary loaner devices should your hearing aids require repair.
