- 90 day adjustment/trial period including hearing aid programming, real-ear measurements, and adjustments

- Semi-annual refitting and preventative maintenance with annual hearing tests for the life of your hearing aids
- Hands-free Bluetooth connectivity with pairing
- 3 year all-inclusive manufacturer repair warranty and 2 year loss and damage warranty ($250 deductible)
- Loaner devices when needed (i.e. devices out for repair)
- Wax removal as needed
