EMMA LEBLANC, Au.D., Reg. CASLPO
MANAGER & AUDIOLOGIST
Emma holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. She has a diverse array of interests in audiology which include adult and pediatric aural rehabilitation as well as balance disorders. She gained extensive experience in diagnostic testing, prescribing and fitting the latest hearing aid technology through her work in both Canada and the US. Emma is committed to using the full range of her expertise and abilities to provide the best quality of care to each patient.

LAUREL PALMER, M.Sc., Reg. CASLPO
AUDIOLOGIST
Laurel achieved her master's degree in Audiology from the University of British Columbia. Her area of interests includes vestibular diagnostics and management, as well as acoustic-immittance measurements of the middle ear. Laurel is passionate about providing quality hearing care, and has a strong focus on building genuine relationships with all her patients in order to find the best technology that will effectively meet their communication needs.

MOSTAFA ELDAEBES, M.B.B.Ch, M.Sc, Aud(C), Reg. CASLPO
AUDIOLOGIST
Mostafa earned his master’s degree in Audiology from Dalhousie University. He previously graduated from medical school, finishing his residency training in Otolaryngology and obtaining a M.Sc. in otolaryngology from Cairo University in Egypt. Additionally, he worked as a research fellow at Ear and Auditory Research (EAR) Lab at Dalhousie, where he obtained publications in middle ear mechanics and sound transmission in normal and diseased ears.
Mostafa has a special interest in diagnostic audiology and vestibular disorders. Mostafa is committed to offering the best hearing solutions that will be individualized to your personalized hearing needs.

Lauren Steckle, M.Cl.Sc., Reg. CASLPO
AUDIOLOGIST
Lauren received her master's degree in Audiology from Western University. Her areas of focus include amplification and tinnitus treatment. Lauren enjoys working closely with her patients to improve their hearing health and quality of life.

Cathy Vandergeest
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Cathy brings experience and knowledge to her position as the administrative assistant at the Munk Hearing Centre, having previously worked at our sister clinic, the Centre for Advanced Hearing and Balance Testing. Her friendly demeanour, conscientiousness and drive to help others will ensure that you are well taken care of when you come to see us. Also a graphic designer, we have Cathy to thank for our beautiful graphic aesthetic at Munk. Cathy is happy to answer your questions, clean and check your hearing aids and book appointments. THE MUNK DIFFERENCE
The Munk Hearing Centre, located at Toronto General Hospital, is the first and only full-service hearing aid dispensary for the University Health Network (UHN). We work closely with the Hearing and Balance Centre and the Department of Otolaryngology to address the hearing health care needs of our patients. All of our audiologists are registered with CASLPO and can recommend specific hearing solutions for every patient based on their individual needs.
